Senior Product Marketing Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; up to approximately 25% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $188,800–$259,600 gross annual.

What you will do

• Own market strategies and product roadmaps for eBeam computing applications and electron beam products.
• Analyze semiconductor customer requirements, technical needs, product value, and competitive positioning.
• Develop product introduction strategies, marketing plans, and materials to support product definition, development, customer engagement, and market penetration.
• Build use cases, sales collateral, press releases, launch materials, and customer presentations.
• Evaluate product development budgets, R&D costs, ROI, and profit-and-loss projections.
• Lead product management and marketing teams while influencing cross-functional organizations and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, chemical engineering, materials engineering, IC manufacturing, process technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and 5+ years in product marketing and product management.
• Working knowledge of lithography, metrology, process control, semiconductor processes, and semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience managing product management or marketing teams and influencing cross-functional product development.
• Demonstrated success bringing products to market and developing product marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of computing architectures, design layout analysis, machine learning applications, and P&L-based decision-making.
