Junior Trader (DV Equities) - Mandarin & English Fluency Required

What you will do

• Work alongside senior traders and learn proprietary trading methodologies and systems.
• Manage trades in real time, including trade entry and risk layoffs.
• Build and maintain trading models.
• Enhance existing trades and identify new trading opportunities.
• Coordinate between the trading group, internal departments, and OTC relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a trading role.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong understanding of mathematics, probability, and statistics.
• Proficiency with Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organization, diligence, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
