What you will do

• Design, manage, and optimize market-making strategies for crypto exchanges.
• Manage pricing and liquidity provision for OTC customers.
• Take responsibility for the P&L of individual and team strategies.
• Develop and improve quantitative models and trading strategies.
• Collaborate with Quant Development and Research across the full lifecycle of alpha and signal development and deployment.
• Conduct research and data analysis on bespoke trading data.

Requirements

• University degree in a numerical discipline with strong academic results.
• 3+ years of experience in OTC and/or systematic trading.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
• Practical experience with C++, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Knowledge of exchange microstructure and low-latency trading.
• Strong teamwork, communication, learning ability, and awareness of market, liquidity, reputational, legal, and compliance risks.
