Global Account Manager

Base salary: $97,040–$133,430 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic relationships with global OEM customers within the Commercial Equipment business unit.
• Own key accounts end to end and coordinate product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Lead the direct sales process, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Develop short- and long-range sales plans and customer-focused sales strategies.
• Visit current and potential clients and manage routine account activities.
• Expand offerings, improve profitability, deliver the annual financial plan, and develop long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in OEM account management, with strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong ethical values, integrity, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
