Enterprise Data Engineer (Palantir)

What you will do

• Write Python and SQL scripts to automate data processing tasks.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, and flat files into centralized systems.
• Design transformation, enrichment, modeling, and curation workflows for business and analytics requirements.
• Optimize data structures for performance and scalability.
• Implement data quality checks, validation, cleansing, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide technical guidance on the effective use of Palantir tools across teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, applicable to this customer.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
• Expertise in SQL querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, relational databases, and file systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Apache Spark, or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar orchestration tools.
