What you will do

• Sell Simon centers as a marketing medium to brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses.
• Identify, create, pitch, and close media, sponsorship, event, and partnership marketing opportunities.
• Develop client solutions aligned with advertising objectives and manage single- and multi-property programs.
• Build relationships with companies across key market categories, including automotive, healthcare, entertainment, retail, education, travel, and consumer services.
• Forecast monthly revenue, execute leases, collect client receivables, and meet assigned sales goals.
• Coordinate daily with local property, corporate, and regional leadership teams while ensuring flawless program execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of media sales experience with Simon, or 4+ years in media sales, OOH, sponsorships, promotions, and events.
• Strong sales presentation, cold-calling, networking, writing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Some overnight travel is required.
