QA Technician 1 (Temporary) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California; onsite manufacturing and cleanroom environment

Salary: $19.30–$25.36 per hour

What you will do

• Perform probe card manufacturing activities, including photolithography, thin film processing, etching, plating, assembly, testing, and visual or mechanical inspection.
• Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions and process controls.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor operating and equipment data, identify irregularities, and support process optimization.
• Assist engineering teams with tests, experiments, pilot runs, and new product development.
• Share process knowledge, support basic task training, and participate in problem-solving and procedure improvements.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related experience; no formal occupational training is typically required.
• Knowledge or ability to work with cleanrooms, microscopes, manufacturing equipment, and precision instruments.
• Computer literacy, mathematics, statistics, communication, problem-solving, and independent-work skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Livermore, California, in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment.
• Ability to wear PPE, stand for extended periods, handle chemicals, and work the scheduled shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
