Logistics Supervisor (Cold Chain)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end OTD process and coordinate special orders with RDCs and transport suppliers.
• Review active orders and maintain product and customer master data in OMS.
• Track in-transit shipments, resolve emergency delivery issues, and prevent customer complaints.
• Manage cold-chain logistics quality, complaints, supplier KPIs, corrective actions, and CAPA investigations.
• Supervise RDC inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory levels against capacity.
• Check monthly freight bills, analyze logistics costs, optimize milk-run routes, and drive savings.
• Support logistics digitalization, TMS upgrades, logistics data management, and dashboard development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in transport operations management or RDC operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and WMS, TMS, OMS, and CRM logic.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, customer and results orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
