What you will do
- Track productivity improvement projects across business lines and sub-regions, analyze successful cases, and share replicable practices in Asia productivity meetings.
- Review, simplify, and standardize supply chain processes for DT, CE, and PG departments, defining operating standards, ownership, and timelines.
- Identify compliance and operational risks, develop prevention and response procedures, and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate supply chain, IT, and supporting departments in the analysis, design, testing, and continuous improvement of digital tools.
- Collect and analyze supply chain performance and cost data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose cost-control strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, statistics, information management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of supply chain-related work experience.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, as well as process modeling tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, risk management, auditing, and digital transformation.
- Strong data, process analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, innovative, and capable of effective problem-solving under pressure.
