What you will do

• Lead proposal development for Buildings pursuits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, quality, and adherence to submission schedules.
• Coordinate RFP, RFQ/RFSQ, and RFT responses, including requirements analysis, compliance matrices, content development, reviews, document control, quality assurance, and submission.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, pursuit teams, technical leaders, and internal and external subject matter experts to create client-focused proposals and qualifications packages.
• Prepare interview presentations, lead rehearsals, and support technical teams during shortlisted pursuit presentations.
• Edit and tailor resumes, project descriptions, narratives, executive summaries, cover letters, capability statements, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Lead proposal debriefs, identify lessons learned, improve tools and templates, and coach coordinators and junior staff.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in proposal development, technical writing and editing, or marketing.
• AEC industry experience, especially in Buildings, architecture, building engineering, or multidisciplinary design pursuits, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze RFP/RFQ requirements, identify evaluation and compliance criteria, and organize thoughtful client-focused responses.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, and Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, or similar CRM and marketing information systems.
