Shopper Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze and develop marketing activation programs for the DIY channel to strengthen brand image and support sales growth.
• Implement programs, monitor performance, and evaluate results.
• Track merchandising team performance, align metrics with brand guidelines, and monitor inventory, offtake, KPI achievement, and planogram adherence.
• Coordinate with suppliers on project briefs, program execution, demos, sales targets, timelines, and agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with hirify.global teams to develop channel programs, manage expectations, and provide the tools required for implementation.
• Present projects and collaborate with regional groups on various initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of marketing, branding, merchandising, market research, pricing, customer insights, CRM, or sales operations analytics.
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs and corporate systems.
• Ability to communicate in written English.
• Ability to follow safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to an Environmental Health and Safety culture.
