What you will do

• Administer software license generation, fulfillment, activation, renewal, and entitlement management.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Revenera FlexNet Operations platform, including products, packages, features, trials, and access controls.
• Support integrations with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and customer support systems, as well as platform upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Improve licensing workflows, self-service capabilities, license activation, entitlement retrieval, and software access.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support on licensing projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Generate operational reports and KPIs, analyze customer experience metrics, and support compliance and audit activities.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Electronics, Semiconductors, Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• BS in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of integrated circuit categories and functions, including processors, analog, and memory.
• Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python and AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Must provide satisfactory proof of the right to work in the Philippines.
