Salary: $64,726.07–$80,907.58 per year, depending on experience and before eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Develop persuasive copy for integrated campaigns across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention stages.
• Write and optimize messaging for paid media, email, websites, landing pages, social media, and lifecycle programs.
• Maintain a consistent, clear, and differentiated brand voice across marketing channels.
• Partner with creative, marketing, analytics, business, channel, and Risk teams to refine messaging and improve performance.
• Translate product, pricing, terms, and regulatory requirements into accurate, compliant, consumer-friendly content.
• Manage the marketing disclosure library, version control, and review and approval workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, brand communications, or content marketing.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating effective marketing content across multiple channels.
• Strong copywriting, communication, organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Experience developing measurable campaign outcomes, using performance insights, and optimizing messaging.
• Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly and accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience in an advertising, marketing, communications, or public relations agency environment.
