Trade Support Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annual base salary plus discretionary bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets.
• Monitor and support Linux environments and trading infrastructure.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues affecting trading operations.
• Provide direct operational support to traders and collaborate with Development, Trading, and IT organizations.
• Support trade teams with onboarding new trading opportunities.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and strategic technology projects.

Requirements

• Experience in a trade support role.
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and multicast networking.
• Intermediate Bash and core Python skills; experience with larger Python projects is preferred but not required.
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
