Test Lead | Global Identity and Access Management

Location: Remote role available from Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver; the posting also identifies Toronto, ON as a hybrid role location. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada.

Salary: $109,680–$120,000 CAD annually, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Plan, design, execute, and continuously improve functional, regression, failover, and accessibility testing for the Global IAM Program.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, UFT, or similar frameworks, alongside manual testing of Saviynt, Entra ID, and Delinea solutions.
• Integrate quality engineering into CI/CD pipelines and promote defect prevention, test coverage, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and testable specifications.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionality; prepare test reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Guide team members and collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and cross-functional stakeholders on IAM initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM testing and/or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools, preferably Saviynt and Entra ID, and a solid understanding of IGA processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver, provisioning, and access controls.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or UFT.
• Strong SQL, reporting, analytics, data interpretation, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and the ability to manage priorities across global teams.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field, with strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CBAP, or a similar certification.
