What you will do

• Lead and motivate the Group Accident & Health team while owning the business P&L.
• Develop growth strategies and distribution solutions for the local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and other stakeholders at C-suite level.
• Underwrite and administer Group BTA, GPA, and corporate business with international brokers and facility partners.
• Coordinate with legal, claims, finance, accounting, administration, and service-center teams.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with underwriting procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in Group Accident & Health sales, business development, or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of Group Accident & Health products and underwriting methodology.
• Proven success developing intermediary and corporate-client relationships, growing new business, and retaining renewals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• People-management skills, a team-oriented approach, results focus, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work primarily from the office in Singapore.
