𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 : Forex / CFD / Precious Metals / Multi-Asset Trading
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Kuala Lumpur / Singapore
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
– Own full P&L and drive overall business strategy across the APAC multi-asset trading operation
– Lead and scale the organization across trading, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations functions
– Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and key regulators
– Drive expansion of IB/affiliate networks, white label partnerships, and institutional client acquisition regionally
– Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing strategy across multiple APAC jurisdictions
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
– 10+ years in FX/CFD brokerage or multi-asset trading, with proven P&L ownership and general management experience
– Deep understanding of trading platform ecosystems (MT4/MT5), liquidity/prime broker relationships, and IB/affiliate models
– Track record navigating regulatory frameworks (MAS, SFC, ASIC, FCA, CySEC, DFSA, or equivalent)
– Demonstrated leadership scaling multi-functional teams across APAC markets
– Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency a strong advantage
