Senior Associate, Project Management (Digital Marketing)

Salary: USD 60,800–80,000 annually

What you will do

• Support large initiatives and independently lead smaller digital marketing projects.
• Own project scheduling, scoping, resource management, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate client and internal teams to maintain alignment and keep projects moving.
• Prepare client-ready briefs, statements of work, schedules, competitive analyses, and risk assessments.
• Support experience design and development, social media campaigns, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs, and branded content.
• Identify project needs, remove delivery barriers, and share knowledge across project teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, diligence, ownership, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand client businesses and marketing fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
