Care Manager (CNA) 2:30p-10:30p - Full Time

Location: 36101 Seaside Blvd, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, USA. Full-time onsite position scheduled from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Salary: USD 21–22 per hour

What you will do

• Provide bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and other personal care according to each resident’s care plan.
• Support residents with meals, activities, socialization, housekeeping, laundry, and behavior management.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, confidentiality, grooming, and nutrition during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift and report changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor.
• Safely lift and support residents using proper body mechanics, with occasional loads of up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification and/or DHS certification.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge and experience working with elderly residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, kneel, communicate, hear, and perform other physical duties required for resident care.
