What you will do

• Design, develop, deliver, and operate solutions to complex cryptologic computer science problems.
• Create solutions for forensics, attack attribution, critical-network protection, active-system warnings, and knowledge discovery.
• Apply computer science theory, algorithms, mathematical models, operating systems, computer architecture, and data structures to mission problems.
• Work as a hybrid computer scientist and cyber threat analyst using Python, Spark, and large-scale data.
• Analyze networks, protocols, data flows, anomalies, intrusions, and related customer tools.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, master's degree plus 6 years, bachelor's degree plus 8 years, or associate's degree plus 10 years.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, including programming and at least four upper-level mathematics courses.
• Relevant experience in theoretical or applied computer science, algorithm development and analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, reverse engineering, or computer and information systems development.
• Strong Python, Spark, network analysis, and protocol analysis skills.

• Familiarity with customer tools, dataflow, anomaly detection, intrusion analysis, and data processing.
