Lead Fullstack Engineer (.NET/React)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; in-office five days a week

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 yearly plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable applications with .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, relational database integrations, and secure authentication and authorization.
• Develop responsive React interfaces and integrate front-end and back-end components into cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Improve application scalability, performance, reliability, cross-browser compatibility, and security.
• Shape system architecture, establish engineering standards, lead code reviews and technical discussions, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical solutions, plan work, and manage technical risks.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful API development, relational databases, and efficient SQL queries.
• Experience deploying applications to Azure, AWS, or GCP; building CI/CD pipelines; and using Git.
• Experience with application security, secure handling of sensitive or regulated data, and SAST, SCA, and DAST tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies, CI/CD orchestration, testing practices, NoSQL databases, and containerization tools.
