What you will do

• Plan and synchronize cyberspace operations across DoD components, Combatant Commands, and USCYBERCOM.
• Lead the Joint Operational Planning Process and Joint Operational Planning Process-Cyber for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
• Integrate Offensive Cyberspace Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations into multi-domain campaigns.
• Develop Cryptologic and Functional Support Plans and aligned EXORDs, OPORDs, and PLANORDs.
• Deconflict operational targets and capabilities through the Joint Targeting Cycle and formulate courses of action.
• Collaborate with cyber operators and support complex cyber missions, assessments, and tabletop exercises.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Relevant DoD mission experience in areas such as collection, cyber operations, or intelligence analysis, including strategic or operational-level planning.
• Experience with external engagement, cross-agency working groups, field operations, or external customer support.
• Knowledge of JP 3-12, DODIN operations, DCO, and OCO methodologies.
• Degree and experience combination: doctoral degree with 2 years, master's degree with 3 years, bachelor's degree with 5 years, associate's degree with 7 years, or high school diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable; strong team collaboration is required.

• Cyber Operations Planning Course, Joint Cyber Operational Planners Course, or DC3 Cyber Training Academy training or certification.
