DevOps Engineer (Vehicle Telematics)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using AWS services including EC2, S3, Elastic IPs, Glacier, SQS, and Lambda.
• Manage and orchestrate containers with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and maintain queue-based message and email processing pipelines using RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and streamline CI/CD processes with development teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, secure cloud operations, and optimize reliability, scalability, and costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in AWS environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure security and network security methods.
• Ability to own projects from design through implementation.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, proactivity, resilience, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Ability to contribute to Agile events, adapt ways of working, and collaborate assertively with development teams.
• Availability for full-time onsite work at the Crewe telematics headquarters.
