Associate, Onboarding & Supply

Location: Chanthabuly District, Laos

hirify.global is a food delivery platform operating as part of Delivery Hero Group across approximately 65 countries, with headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Analyze vendor performance and improve processes that support company goals and a smooth vendor experience.
• Prepare and update onboarding materials and provide face-to-face or phone training on how to sell on hirify.global.
• Own Salesforce reports and dashboards covering transmission issues and JIRA tickets related to hardware, connectivity, and application problems.
• Track delivered and collected devices, maintain device status records, and prepare monthly damage and usage reports.
• Resolve vendor disputes, organize replacement documentation, coordinate device issues with APAC, and raise bug tickets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a startup technology company or a related field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively across internal, regional, global, and external stakeholder groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and confidence with data analysis.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
