Senior Consultant Automotive & Product Security

Location: Hybrid, with mobile working from home or from hirify.global offices in Germany. Mobile work abroad is permitted for up to 50 days per year from EU countries, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Work in interdisciplinary teams on automotive and product security projects for leading companies.
• Advise and coach clients on managing the cybersecurity of their products.
• Contribute to organizational projects involving management systems, guidelines, and processes.
• Address technical challenges including TARA, security requirements, security concepts, software updates, and testing.
• Take responsibility for task packages and lead projects or sub-projects.
• Coach team members and support their professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in cybersecurity, product security, or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of practical project experience in cybersecurity and product security within relevant industries such as automotive, medical devices, or production lines.
• Ability to analyze issues from different perspectives and contribute creative solution approaches.
• Interest in digitalization, technology, and using AI tools in daily work.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level or higher are required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
