Revenue Assurance Analyst

Location: hirify.global Campus, Crewe, England, United Kingdom. Full-time office-based role, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

What you will do

• Analyse and reconcile imported transactional data with invoice data to ensure complete and accurate customer charges.
• Evaluate invoicing and billing processes to identify revenue leakage, commercial opportunities, and process gaps.
• Work with Financial Operations Managers and IT to resolve revenue gaps and implement ongoing controls.
• Improve processes through standardisation, automation, stronger controls, and reduced reliance on off-system activity.
• Analyse high-volume and complex data sets, identify situations requiring attention, and implement supporting tools.
• Set up Revenue Assurance KPIs, track realised benefits, and support financial reporting and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Experience with client invoicing, pricing fluctuations, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with finance and non-finance stakeholders and present complex data clearly.
