Revenue Assurance Analyst / Billing Analyst / Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Interpret contract terms and enter new contracts and amendments into billing systems.
• Maintain billing terms, customer account details, banking information, and contract-change logs.
• Prepare monthly reports, analyze data and variances, and support the monthly billing cycle.
• Audit billing records, research discrepancies, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support invoice reconciliation with the Billing Manager and Accounting team for month-end accounting.
• Contribute to audit procedures, process improvements, documentation, and special analysis projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in contract management, billing, accounts receivable, or a related area.
• College-level accounting coursework; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to process large volumes of data accurately, interpret complex contractual terms, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours support when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or Access.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
