Senior Analyst – Alternative Data

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Support daily Alternative Data operations and business functions.
• Monitor the performance, health, quality, and integrity of data sources and furnishers.
• Act as the primary internal contact for alternative data source issues.
• Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and implement preventative corrective actions.
• Partner with customers to audit reported data and ensure accurate, timely updates.
• Support customer integration projects, manage escalations, and coordinate successful implementation of data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, operations, reporting management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting customer integration projects and managing stakeholder relationships in a service-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of banking, retail credit, consumer credit reporting, or related regulated industries.
• Experience analyzing operational issues, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative solutions.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer immigration support or sponsorship.
