What you will do

• Coordinate basic maintenance and repair activities for express service customers.
• Act as the primary communication link between customers, managers, and technicians.
• Identify manufacturer-recommended services based on vehicle mileage and age.
• Listen for additional vehicle concerns and arrange appropriate service or repairs.
• Explain required and recommended maintenance while managing customer and technician expectations.
• Help ensure vehicles are maintained or repaired correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Broad knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance, dependable conduct, positive attitude, and ability to remain composed under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills; ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• One year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Experience with CDK and X-Time.
