Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Salary: $118,980–$195,465 base pay annually, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions.
• Design scalable systems using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, model orchestration frameworks, and agentic frameworks.
• Build secure API solutions that automate business processes and improve decision-making.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to the digital enterprise AI roadmap, build core AI capabilities, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with model orchestration, agentic frameworks, and secure API development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
