Preconstruction Services Manager (Construction Sales)

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the regional preconstruction sales effort and deliver bid execution that supports revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, consultants, and supply-chain partners.
• Manage bid procurement and coordinate finance, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management.
• Prepare budgets, bid estimates, sales proposals, client presentations, and project resource plans.
• Own preconstruction activities, bid collaboration, estimate recaps, contract scope review, and sales-strategy alignment.
• Track sales opportunities, projected revenue cash flows, schedules, and management updates while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in project management, engineering, or sales with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer.
• Required experience with curtain wall and/or glazing.
• Strong relationship-building, critical-thinking, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions, maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Ability to work full time in San Francisco, CA; 20–30% travel is required.
