Marketing Manager - Media & Projects

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with at least one day per week onsite at Interflora House; additional office attendance may be required.

What you will do

• Lead media strategy and delivery through third-party agency partners.
• Plan, optimise, and evaluate paid social and wider online and offline media activity.
• Manage and assess the effectiveness of multi-million-pound media budgets.
• Lead cross-channel marketing projects across the wider marketing mix.
• Apply testing, learning, and data-led decision-making to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Balance long-term brand building with performance-focused advertising.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience, including sustained experience in media and advertising.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound media campaigns and large budgets.
• Strong knowledge of online and offline media channels, especially paid social platforms.
• Experience working in a testing-focused environment with continuous optimisation.
• Strong understanding of brand growth and the relationship between brand and performance marketing.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• CIM, IDM, or Mini Masters in Marketing qualification.
