What you will do

• Lead SIGINT strategy, prioritization, and management for manned and unmanned U.S. Navy ISR&T platforms, classified networks, and ground systems.
• Support airborne surveillance, search, detection, localization, classification, attack, and communications capabilities for PMA-290 programs.
• Integrate SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination deliverables with National and Military Intelligence Community organizations.
• Provide engineering services for technology transfer, Low-Band collection capabilities, signals analysis, RF systems, military communications, software, and avionics integration.
• Support technical reviews, fleet exercises, demonstrations, prototyping, factory acceptance testing, system development, and technology refresh activities.
• Prepare technical reports, white papers, executive briefings, and presentations while mentoring SIGINT engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and current CI polygraph required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in tactical SIGINT operations, including at least 5 years supporting Low-Band systems.
• At least 3 years leading SIGINT initiatives or managing teams supporting mission-critical programs.
• Experience with MCS-21 systems, Signal Descriptor Files, Navy tactical ISR systems, and installing, testing, and troubleshooting special mission systems.
• Ability to plan and coordinate technical reporting requirements and communicate with senior government and military stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 15 or more years of tactical SIGINT experience, 10 or more years supporting Low-Band systems, or 5 or more years leading SIGINT initiatives or teams.
• Experience with airborne ISR&T programs, Navy platforms such as EP-3E, MQ-4C, or P-8A, or Weapons and Tactics Instructor qualification.
• Knowledge of TSDF/EMF, JICD standards, USSS integration, NSA WIP TIP, SIGINT modernization, interoperability, and mission management tools.
• Prior military service, Combatant Command support, fielded-system training experience, or proficiency with Microsoft Project.
