Machine Millwright (Weekend B Shift, Ball Plant 2) (Manufacturing)

Location: Dartmouth, Massachusetts, United States. Full-time onsite role on the Weekend B Shift.

Salary: $37.25–$44.60 per hour.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and support mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system modifications, fabrication, and equipment diagnostics.
• Improve equipment reliability and support continuous improvement in golf ball manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to support production excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial equipment repair experience.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment.
• Strong technical background and own trade-related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Trade school diploma.
