hirify.global is a large Dallas-based law firm providing legal services across litigation, corporate, finance, healthcare, labor and employment, real estate, intellectual property, and other practice areas.

What you will do

  • Enter and maintain court filings, orders, correspondence, deadlines, and case developments in CourtAlert and related docketing systems.
  • Calculate and calendar deadlines under federal, state, local, and judges’ rules, and alert attorneys to important case events.
  • Review filings for formatting, signatures, fees, exhibits, service requirements, and courtesy-copy compliance.
  • Handle electronic, hard-copy, and in-person filings through CM/ECF, NYSCEF, ACMS, and other court systems.
  • Prepare large PDF files for court submission through bookmarking, OCR, text-searchable conversion, and file-size and format checks.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, courts, process servers, vendors, and internal teams on filings, service, case materials, and attorney registrations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Managing Attorney or Managing Clerk’s Office, docketing department, or comparable law-firm litigation support role.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures; familiarity with Texas courts is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CM/ECF, NYSCEF, and ACMS; experience with CourtAlert or comparable docketing and calendaring software.
  • Familiarity with PACER/NextGen, Bloomberg Law, CourtLink, and high-volume PDF preparation.
  • College degree required, along with strong organization, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and provide occasional after-hours support for time-sensitive filings.
