What you will do

• Maintain high-value client accounts for government and public services engagements.
• Resolve escalated customer and client issues.
• Monitor client satisfaction trends and support continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate client onboarding and may handle contract renewals.
• Work closely with sales teams and support staffing augmentation and recruiting services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in the government and public services sector is desired.
• Skills in negotiation, communication, and account management.
• Competencies in client advocacy, relationship building, adaptability, teamwork, and organization.
• Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
