What you will do

• Oversee daily center operations, including onsite maintenance, grounds keeping, custodial services, security, and customer service support.
• Develop and execute five-year capital plans, condition assessments, strategic plans, and capital budgets for property asset preservation and enhancement.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, construction activities, inspections, safety systems, energy initiatives, and operational projects.
• Lead procurement and contractor management, including scopes of work, proposals, bids, service agreements, inspections, documentation, and invoice reviews.
• Manage operating expenses, capital expenditures, financial variances, reports, and lease-related responsibility assessments.
• Coordinate emergency management, crisis response, fire safety programs, regulatory training, special events, and escalated customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or property management.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, engineering drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic to moderate computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and online ordering systems.
