Clinical Research Grader

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Full-time onsite role with business hours scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM; occasional longer hours, evenings, or weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct clinical grading and skin assessments for participants in clinical research trials.
• Perform imaging and bioinstrumentation analysis to measure skin attributes.
• Collect and record clinical information and review participant data for study eligibility.
• Follow study protocols, SOPs, applicable regulations, and GCP requirements.
• Respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments.
• Provide respectful, professional service to clients, panelists, peers, and leadership while following safety and Operational Integrity procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial, laboratory, or field services setting.
• Experience following strict safety standards.
• Willingness to work a flexible onsite schedule during weekday business hours, with occasional extended, evening, or weekend work.
