Director, Operations-V (Retail Operations)

Salary: $97,814–$183,451 per year

What you will do

• Oversee onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, property operations, and contracted services.
• Develop and execute five-year capital plans, condition assessments, budgets, and property improvement projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, construction activities, inspections, safety systems, and operational documentation.
• Lead procurement and vendor management, including scopes of work, bids, service agreements, invoice reviews, and project closeout.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment through OSHA, ADA, EPA, fire safety, emergency management, and risk-management programs.
• Lead maintenance staff, support center operations and customer service, resolve escalated complaints, and assist the General Manager with financial and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or property management.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Accurate, results-driven, solution-oriented work style with basic to moderate computer skills.
