Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee annual media budgets of $5M–$50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Lead client relationships through strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop growth strategies that integrate creative performance with paid advertising programs.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Execute optimizations across funnel strategy, signal quality, and measurement systems.
• Partner with creatives and media buyers to scale high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of paid media experience, preferably in an agency or consumer app environment.
• Deep expertise in Meta paid advertising platforms and campaign management.
• Proven track record managing paid media accounts with seven-figure annual budgets ($1M+).
• Experience running simultaneous campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to craft compelling client-facing presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile advertising measurement systems including SKAN, AEM, and MMPs.
