TL;DR
Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Microsoft 365/PowerApps/Power Automate): Designing and deploying cloud-based enterprise applications and automated workflows for the NewPIMS program with an accent on scalable architecture, Dataverse integration, and maintainable business solutions. Focus on building Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, optimizing Azure DevOps delivery pipelines, and integrating SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365.
Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Design and develop cloud-native business application architectures using Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas PowerApps applications for enterprise use cases.
- Design Power Automate workflows that automate business logic and cross-platform processes.
- Integrate application data using Microsoft Common Data Service Connector Architecture and Dataverse.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders and product owners.
- Optimize Dev-Test-Int-Prod workflows with Azure DevOps and contribute to agile Scrum or SAFe delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture, integration patterns, Power Platform administration, and governance.
- Experience with relational data modeling, Dataverse, database structures, and complex data environments.
- Experience with frontend plug-in development using JavaScript and C#.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, pipeline management, dependency management, and modular reusable components.
- Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams using Scrum or SAFe.
Nice to have
- Experience setting up and customizing Power Pages.
- Experience customizing the Dynamics 365 user interface.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Office 365 environments.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
