What you will do
- Build clean, maintainable features and resolve complex end-to-end technical issues across the Dynamics platform.
- Ensure solutions follow engineering best practices, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Contribute to technical debt strategy and maintain secure, resilient, and reliable systems.
- Define and implement test strategies focused on security, usability, and accessibility.
- Lead code reviews covering functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, resiliency, maintainability, and security.
- Act as the platform technical lead by mentoring engineers, improving team practices, and researching emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in at least two of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, optimized, and maintainable software features.
- Strong ability to analyze, debug, and resolve highly complex technical issues.
- Experience conducting and contributing to effective code reviews.
- Sound knowledge of software testing principles, CI/CD pipelines, modern release strategies, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
