What you will do
- Build and maintain AWS infrastructure across production and non-production environments.
- Develop and own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Operate EKS workloads, including deployments, scaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Improve Jenkins or GitLab CI pipelines and release automation.
- Develop automation tools and scripts in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Improve AWS and Kubernetes monitoring and alerting, participate in on-call rotations, and drive post-incident improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience.
- Strong AWS experience with services including EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, Route 53, and VPC networking.
- Strong Terraform experience and knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, including networking, workloads, ingress, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, or equivalent tools.
- Solid Linux skills and the ability to maintain automation scripts or tools in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of SDLC and microservices deployment patterns.
Nice to have
- AWS CDK with TypeScript or Python, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with Lambda, OpenSearch, Redis, AMQ, MySQL, or FSx.
- AWS networking and security experience with Transit Gateway, VPC peering, routing, and security groups or network ACLs.
- AD, DNS, and domain fundamentals; Windows experience.
