What you will do

• Lead the development and coordination of 3D utility models in OpenRoads, including vertical geometry, utility crossings, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Work with clients and engineers to define CAD deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed-upon CAD protocols.
• Develop and maintain model-driven plan and profile sheets using OpenRoads drawing and sheet models.
• Mentor junior designers and EITs on OpenRoads workflows and standards.
• Troubleshoot complex OpenRoads modeling and sheet production issues while balancing standards, software capabilities, and schedules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AEC industry experience focused on MicroStation and OpenRoads utility relocation design.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Professional Bentley OpenRoads certifications.
• Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Revit.
