Engineering Projects Manager

Location: North America and Europe; nearest major market: New Jersey. The role requires up to 25% travel to support global operations.

Salary: $95,000–$143,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of engineering development, scale-up, and capital projects across global sites.
• Drive delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, maintaining alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource strategies, risks, mitigation actions, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Global Engineering to ensure technical alignment and successful execution.
• Report project status and analysis to senior leadership, resolve bottlenecks, and support engineering change management and portfolio tracking.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing multiple complex engineering projects, including planning, execution, and tracking.
• Experience in engineering development, scale-up, or capital project environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Strong risk assessment, mitigation planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive accountability without direct authority, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and support global operations.
