What you will do

• Maintain the operational security posture of assigned information systems, programs, and enclaves.
• Implement and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day system security operations, configuration changes, and security impact assessments.
• Support Risk Management Framework activities, including security authorization and accreditation.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans, risk assessment reports, traceability matrices, and authorization packages.
• Assess vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, evaluate classified-information security solutions, and resolve findings with engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph are required.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Information Systems Security Officer supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience with at least two of the following: security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, or encryption techniques and tools.
• Experience with system security, change management, RMF, security authorization, and configuration management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or four additional years of ISSO experience in lieu of the degree.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I or higher certification and general computer proficiency are required.
