Scientific Documentation Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sciences)

Location: Beerse, Belgium; hybrid schedule with 3 days from home and 2 days onsite

What you will do

• Compile data required for scientific documents and support Scientific Writers in the Analytical Development Dissolution Sciences department.
• Enter data into databases and calculation templates.
• Create graphs and tables for scientific documentation.
• Perform sanity checks and review laboratory test data for accuracy.
• Upload and follow up documentation in the documentation system.
• Collaborate with the Analytical Development Data Integrity team and compile low-complexity scientific reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration.
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English.
• Excellent computer and software skills, including the ability to learn different tools and document management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, proactive, and assertive when following up on requests.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Scientific background.
• Experience or knowledge in dissolution sciences or pharmaceutical sciences.
