Site Conformance Expert (Life Science)

Location: Diegem, Belgium

Salary: €50,000 gross annual starting base salary for a full-time role; bonuses, incentives, and benefits are discussed during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with regulatory dossiers for Manufacturing Performance Units and Quality Control Departments.
• Manage variations and timely responses to health authority questions.
• Provide regulatory oversight across primary production, secondary production, quality control, and incoming materials.
• Analyse compliance gaps and develop mitigation strategies to prevent supply issues, delays, or recalls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems aligned with global regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement of compliance processes, documentation systems, and quality assurance performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory documentation, including eCTD format and normative documents.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
