Senior Project Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Establish budgets and contract pricing, negotiate subcontractor and material purchases, and support estimating.
• Set up project procedures, manage procurement and submittals, and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, and subcontractors, and conduct regular meetings.
• Oversee safety, quality control, contract compliance, documentation, change orders, claims mitigation, and warranty follow-up.
• Support business development, participate in interviews, and complete projects with full or enhanced fee.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects; engineering or construction management education is considered a foundation but is not required.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or process-driven industrial or energy projects.
• Leadership experience on complex MEP or process-heavy projects in fast-track or phased construction environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and urgency-management skills.
• Knowledge of constructability review, drawing and model coordination, contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
