Salary: $124,726.29–$142,544.33 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a Sub-Discipline Lead or Deputy Discipline Lead on alternative delivery transportation projects of varying size and complexity.
• Plan, direct, and supervise design teams, including manpower organization, staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead engineers and design personnel in technical delivery, professional growth, and civil project execution.
• Provide technical consultation for interdisciplinary studies and analyses while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Prepare material and equipment specifications, coordinate subconsultants, and provide a professional engineer seal and signature when required.
• Support client liaison and client relationship activities, as well as related administrative and technical duties.

Requirements

• Extensive hydrologic and hydraulic design experience on alternative delivery transportation projects in the South Region.
• Experience as a Discipline Lead, Sub-Discipline Lead, or Deputy Discipline Lead on projects of varying size and complexity.
• 10–15+ years of related work experience and an accredited degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience delivering drainage designs for municipalities and DOTs, acting as a client liaison, and supervising or hiring staff.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer drainage and other commonly used hydrologic and hydraulic design software; ability to drive and provide personal transportation.
